• Every note is tied to the call it came from. Where a task traces to a single transcript line, that line is quoted with its timestamp — and with the speaker's name when the transcript named a person.
• Your recordings live encrypted on your local machine.

The audio is uploaded once to be transcribed, and the upload is deleted as soon as that finishes. The recording itself lives only on your machine.
