Connections
The services you connect in Settings › Integrations, what each one gives Goose, and how to reconnect or disconnect them.
Goose works from the services you connect: your calendar, your email (where Gmail is available), your meeting notes, your team's Slack and Google Drive (where available), and your CRM. You connect them in one place.
Open the account menu at the bottom of the left rail, choose Settings, then Integrations under Workspace.
The page has two parts:
- Organization holds the connections an admin makes once for the whole workspace, such as Slack and Google Drive. If you're not an admin, it says Only admins can change these. It only appears when your workspace has one of these services.
- Personal holds your own connections, sorted into Connected, Needs attention and Available. Each person connects these with their own account.
At the top right, a count shows how many services are connected and how many need attention.
Not every service is switched on in every workspace. If a row isn't on your page, that service isn't available to you yet.
The connections
- Google Calendar: your meetings, and which calendars Goose reads.
- Gmail: matching email to deals, and saving follow-up drafts to Gmail. Not available in every workspace yet.
- Granola: bringing your Granola meeting notes into Goose.
- Slack: the channels Goose reads, and asking @goose questions in Slack.
- Google Drive, where available: the documents Goose can use. An admin connects it once for the whole workspace, under Organization.
- Salesforce: signing in with your own Salesforce login.
- Reconnect or disconnect: fixing a connection that stopped, and what disconnecting keeps.
